Stacie Anthony is the editor in chief of STIRR, a new, free national streaming TV and video service featuring a wide range of live linear and on demand programming. Anthony joined Sinclair Broadcast Group in 2018, and is responsible for building and executing STIRR’s editorial, programming and content strategy.
Prior to Sinclair Broadcast Group, Anthony worked as the executive editor at Comcast for Watchable, a streaming video network that connected consumers with the best digital native content. Anthony joined Comcast in 2015 and worked closely with the Xfinity
Video Entertainment Services group to grow their digital short form offering and linear strategy.
Previously, Anthony was the senior editor for Whalerock Industries’ premier celebrity news destination, Wonderwall. She joined Whalerock Industries in 2012 after leaving her six-year run as publishing manager and editor at Park Avenue Publishers, Inc.
Anthony is a graduate of San Diego State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
